If you ever have to step onto the stage and present or perform infant of people you will most likely know what stage fright is like. It can be crippling and it can take away all of the joy that your moment on stage is meant to hold.

Her tips for losing the nerves:
1. Ask questions and seek feedback before you get on stage
2. Rehearse or prepare as much as you can
3. Remember that the audience wants you to be great, so relax and enjoy the moment
