EP17: Alternatives to Meditation

Have you ever tried to meditate and been frustrated at the thought of sitting still and trying not to think of anything?  Me too... but then I stumbled on a technique that really worked for me.. and then another.  And today I'm sharing some techniques that I love from Eckhart Tolle and Anthony William.


Meditation (and the practice of being present) have absolutely changed my life.  So have a listen to these alternative methods of mediation, and give them a go!


My tips for starting a meditation practice:

        1. Find an activity that you love

       2. Practice awareness so that you recognise when you're not present

       3.  Make a new routine that has time set aside for stillness
