At the Inner Peace Conference in Amsterdam recently, lots of topics were discussed including forgiveness, love, & compassion. All of these are practices that will lead to more inner peace for us if we can master them. So how do we actually do that? And how do they actually help?
I've been testing a few of these out recently, and I discuss it all with my friend and fellow peace apprentice Jessica Morriss.
Our tips for finding inner peace include:
1. meditate (find a teacher and practice that works for you)
2. practice acceptance of yourself and what is
3. approach situations with the intention of peace (and learn to be aware of when your body is and isn't at peace)
