Winter Immune Booster
(sugar free, dairy free, egg free, gluten free)
As soon as the cold snap hits, our noses start to run right? And that's when I jump on this! For about the last week now I've been making this 3 or 4 times a day, and so far so good... Plus I LOVE the taste!
As with lots of my recipes, use this as a guide and adjust to your own tastes.
1/4 tsp grated ginger (or less... just start with a small amount and see how you like it)
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp raw honey
Put it all into a cup and stir until you've got a syrup and sip away! And if it's too tangy, add more honey. x
